bruh, all that hype for "time travel". seriously bro, why?
we were finally getting to some development of some sort but the author duped it. all that 48 chapters for nothing.
For a fact, the Protagonist was actually more powerful in his first life when he didn't "time travel".
it's a funny fact; and so is this manga.

I'm still reading this though, but just wanted to point that out.

@Myorave but it's not from zero? I mean, it is a bit of an asspull that two murder Mana spells would blend to make a functional rewind button, but the whole thing has been Zeff going from a bitter stubborn asshole to new Zeff that has reasons outside himself to do what he does.

Called it last chapter but it still feels bad. It would have absolutely felt worse if they pulled a barrier master and just killed everyone, but this all felt sort of unnecessary. Like, kind of a cop-out to try and establish an incredible threat, while not just doing some vision of the future to make the stakes more "real", but also not wanting lasting consequences... Kinda felt like two chapters of snuff.

At everyone saying "just go kill the guy in his prison cell before he can power up", I understand where you guys are coming from, but I can make a good case as to why he can't and I'd like to hear from anybody who cares if they can figure out a logical way around this problem:

How would he go about doing that exactly? The guy in question is locked deep in a secure prison facility that while it prevents people inside from escaping, it also prevents people from outside coming in to kill him. As for convincing the magic association to go kill him now before it's too late, how does he convince them exactly? "If you don't kill this guy right now, he's going to go SSJ god and and kill us all a month from now, just trust my 12 year old self I know this somehow!"

I'm not defending the last two chapters as that's impossible and I wouldn't want to even if I could, but how would he "just go kill him" exactly?
