Akina went through puberty growth when Nagisa was still a toddler.Junta and Nagisa are likely 16 given Akina slightly taller. Judging by the heights I think puberty has not hit Saki yet. Given her proficiency in cooking she isn't too young either, maybe 8-11 judging by her playful hops in the the arc where junta says nagisa's first name. So hopefully 6 year difference. Nevertheless Seita has a difficult road ahead when Saki goes college, and also the fact in Japan teens can only marry within 5years of age difference. Seita would have to reach 19, and by the Saki will be 25+. Tangentially I'm curious of Akina's age and how much she ahead than the rest. it would help understand people'height in their world(except the dwarf friend)
