Trashy, but confidently so. My main criticism thus far is that the writing is very Utilitarian "this happened, then this happened" functional, but somewhat stilted.

It's only the beginning, i know it's not a perfect start but it will get better, it's based on a novel.

Hmm ima be honest here, its very rough but has lots of potential. Like i can tell whoever wrote this really likes what they made and they have potential. Just keep up the good work, you're doing more then i can. Only thing i will warn of is don't go full man hater femnazi, half your audience is probably male so keep a balance.

To clarify, this isn't a draft or early sketch; it's the full, published chapter, created in collaboration with my main artist and colorist. We're aiming for a raw, expressive indie style that breaks a bit from the traditional manga polish.
The story, world, and themes are definitely intense and female-driven, but I completely understand your concern, and I’ll ensure it doesn’t come across as “man-hating.” Balance matters.
