the goddess wasn't kidnapped, remember she is: 1. only a part of her in the human realm. 2. fell on the vampire's head.

also the one kidnapped is the nun that is a holy spear.
Ah yes you are correct. lol that was such a mess of events I guess my brain didn’t want to process everything properly.

the head running like a roach with the hair made me laugh.

but yes, the constant shounen-idiotic power-creep with "IT'S ME, DIOOOO" surprise-invincible characters is getting tiresome

Head starts talking: Well, shit.

Damage reflection? Just use attacks that don't do damage, like shadow bind.

Or throw them into a wall, doubt they can reflect the earth

wasting too much time talking to your enemy and even spare her life, and then out of nowhere get beaten like fucking maggots.
it's not even about the story anymore...

Most likely a skill that reflects any damage received. Tho what's amusing is how it's always turn into another conflict where the enemy just spawn outta nowhere and completely obliterate them.
Or it's a complete "Reversal" skill, so any buffs would actively harm her instead.

Oh wow, that goddess was beaten and kidnapped in an instant. Does anyone else think this is leading to some “grand” finale and the end of the manga or will there be a lot more screwing around to happen?
Goddess isn't kidnapped, she was knocked out and the rescued hostage has changed hands again.

Protector's ability reminds me of Gilzea's causality manipulation.
