That's a very likely outcome.
Something I didn't add to my initial comment is that her behavior has been consistently... Inconsistent.
What I mean, is that physically and superficially she seems to follow the trope of older experienced girl that can be a bit (or a lot) slutty, and a big part of the misunderstanding was based on that initial impression she gave to MC.
"No way a girl like that doesn't has a boyfriend, if there's moaning and a quiet male voice coming from her door it must be she having sex with someone, no way she is just masturbating to porn."
But then she has shown over and over that despite her flirty behavior and being a rather horny woman, she is also strangely innocent and awkward.
Like she thinking MC would hate her just for doing something totally natural like masturbating.

Well, this is a reminder that Luna is not the only quirky heroine of the series. That just means more chapters for us.

Luna finishes fixing Naoto's look before he leaves and gives him a kiss on the cheek on his way out. Naoto, on his way to school thinks on how Luna's skinship is recently ramping up, noting that she'd always been clingy of sorts, but the kiss was a sign of it intensifying. As he checks his pocket, he notices that he forgot his wallet, so he went back and retrieved it.

Picking up his wallet, he heard a sound coming from a different room. It could only be Luna, having a go at it, so Naoto decides to sneak his way out before things get awkward. And awkward things become as Luna says his name while unable to stop. Naoto contemplates on not looking, but recalls Luna telling him not to hate her no matter how she turned out to be, and so he takes a look. Black boxes of Luna taking care of her libido towards Naoto, and a climax later, Luna hears a sudden noise and quickly investigates, but Naoto avoids getting spotted. Naoto, instead of starting to hate her, finds himself getting addicted to this side of Luna.

Chapter ends as Naoto gets a message from Kawashina, the second quirky girl, who may or may not also want to invite him to bed, wanting to tell him something.
