If he didn't, then he's a dumbass for not saying anything to her about that
This is a sensitive topic for him, not something he would discuss with someone, let alone with a girl he's on friendly terms with. Besides, Kusunoki is trying to become friends with Ririsa, and he does not want to damage their friendship prospects by telling Kusunoki something which may lower her opinion of Ririsa

The fact that she's literally the only girl he's on friendly terms with is more of a reason to share that with her

How is he gonna hope to get over this trauma if he just keeps that bottled up inside? Plus it would've possibly avoided the whole puking situation if Shizuka at least had an idea of what's going on with him

He is gonna start by making small steps - become friends with a few male classmates first, then maybe branch off and try get a girlfriend, and then proceed living normal life. Unloading your baggage onto someone not equipped to deal with it is not always a good idea, there is a non-zero probability that the target might respond with something that would make him regress back or worse.

His plan was to never interact with Ririsa in the first place. Get Shizuka and Ririsa become friends so that Shizuka is finally off his case, because their agreement is that he would put up with being Shizuka's friend until she finds someone else to latch on to. Ririsa might have been dishonest with him, but Shizuka might actually get along with Ririsa well enough, especially considering Ririsa was the first to express interest in becoming friends. Why then undermine his efforts by telling Shizuka something that would alienate her from Ririsa?

This is a surprisingly unpleasant manga to read for something that seemed like it was going for fluff, and it's all because of how disgustingly worthless this MC is. It sucks that spineless potato MCs that get shat out for "romantic comedies" are what readers identify with.
