and if the main heroine continues to be this sweet ass with the MC, putting on this "oh, these feelings, you can't" thing I'll start rooting for the black-haired one, even if the author obviously makes the main jheroine win
Here's hoping this is the turning point where Hebikawa realizes her past mistakes and apologizes to Keisuke. Yeah she was an asshole for talking smack behind his back, but I mean let's be real.
I don't know where this toxic idea, that being respectful and friendly towards someone of the opposite gender is "simping", comes from. Did these people never learn to be respectful?
It's just a streaming-era coat of paint on the same old shit: Registering the strength of your disagreement with someone's opinion by impugning their masculinity and misattributing their motivation. Usually with more than a little latent resentment of women. Sorry to disappoint.

Yes, people coming from dysfunctional families tend to be dysfunctional human beings. The author will probably pull a "I can fix her!" and eventually make the MC have to choose between the 2 FMCs. I just hope it doesn't get boring.
lol I'm sure it will turn into an harem manga with every remotely developed girl characters crushing on MC for some reasons.
there is also the insufferable tsundere tomboy starting to crush on him too.
I actually kinda liked this chapter. Don't get me wrong, I'm rooting for Kusunoki 110% but the gap-moe of a slightly crestfallen Hebikawa just hits me in a different kinda way man... XDXD
