This is kind of highlighting the reason that Moe is a more sympathetic heroine: She ends up telling the truth to Kusonoki and generally furthering her whole vibe of being someone who is trying their best even with how hard they find it. It makes her a stronger protagonist because she seems to move the story forward more rather than simply responding to it.

I was super impressed with Moe straight out giving her chocolate without even anyone else making her jealous or giving them way too late or anything.

I still don't get why does everyone defend the story with "but her trauma...". I get it as an explaination, but it making sense does not make the story any more intetesting, and as of now everything not involving Hebikawa (snake girl) feels pretty fucking boring for the last tens of chapters. The story doesn't move anywhere neither with Kusunoki nor with Otobe - Shizuku clearly doesn't see Otobe in a romantic way whatsoever (at least as of now) and Kusunoki's plan seems to be never to give even a clue to Shizuki, let alone make a move. And Shizuki himself seems to not plan on making a move either. The only one out of the three who actually feels like they move the romance forward seems to be Hebikawa, whether someone likes her or not.

It hallucinates way too much and regardless just regurgitates information into what it thinks you want to hear. There's been really really bad cases of people using AI like an actual human being they could talk to and it encouraging self harm.

Also the moe plotline is so pointless. In the first place, she came to the manga as this annoying side character who got really in the MCs' way with the cringy worship, demanding attitude and starting beef with MC for no reason. And now she's 'third heroine', as if lol.
