Well all the maids are all going to be replaced after this. Jinshin probably already had an idea of Rishu's maids not supporting her but now he's there to witness it all, especially the former head maid's actions, he can officially now move in to replace them all. Cause after all, he's there to look after the consorts and any maids that aren't supporting their consort aren't needed. That's why Jinshin got MaoMao to support her current consort.
