Its very weird to see only men in an isekai story, also, the MC kinda loves a lil too much his teacher. I don't mean it in a bad way but theres no mention or flashbacks of anything but his teacher. Its just weird.
Also, his "best friend" has used him a lot. Like a bait, for healing, for summoning the dragon, materials, shelter, etc. He is only receiving things and nothing for the MC. We don't even know if the MC is losing something important (like life force) when he draws things.

I'm really disappointed that the guy claimed the dragon as his without asking MC. I feel like he should have discussed it with the MC first, especially since he realized MC drew the dragon. What if MC wants the dragon?

Also, the dragon drawing is much less detailed compared to others, yet it could still materialize. And I think it's the first time he "created" a living being. The dragon seemed to become smaller. Maybe it will vanish after a while because the drawing wasn't completed? I hope they'll explain the rules soon.

Btw, why would you bring an injured guest to the living room?

Just sleeping through mana exhaustion feels too light a penalty, even if it's a reasonable consequence for doing so.

Also, a thought I had seeing vol 4 cover: Bro could totally draw a waifu considering he's already summoned a dragon. Likely not gonna happen though since the story's tone and MC are too pure, but most other isekai fantasies would definitely jump at that opportunity.

Maybe his mana became a negative number (10 times his daily mana regen)

To think that the dragon didn't put on inside any gems or mana stones, it looks like it follows Fai willingly

Yeah, I mean, there is nothing wrong with bromance, but its just weird that only men have appeared so far (unless you count that bird as a girl, the pegasus or the funny flower). Not even as a mob/background character (like a maid, when he woke up in that dude's house). I guess its fair since he lives alone in the forest, maybe in the next chapters they will appear.

About MC's Mana problem. Why doesn't he just draw Mana Potions or Doping Mana Increasing Potions. Like that MC who was Isekaid in a World where Big Boobs were unappealing and Flat was the Sexy and Beautiful Common Sense. He just needs to start with Mana Increasing Potions that increases his Mana in small amounts and slowly walk his up to Mana Increasing Potions that increases a big amount.
