there was a concept of a setup lol, but i agree, after all there was only 10 chapters to work with, its hard to have that "reveal" pay off when there was so little time to develop that.

not to mention, I'm more disappointed in the fact that for every antagonist there was in this story, there was someone else pulling the strings "the whole time!" it got old very fast, like there's too many layers here to take the conflict seriously lmao

Can't say i was a fan really, i am glad it ended quick, it could have been shorter tho for what it offered

Probably worked better as a oneshot, without the convoluted and frankly dumb plotline of a deranged teacher who can't eat and becomes obsessed with bullying a fat girl so he waved a network of bullies that he controls from the shadow, just to force the girl to stress eat in class while he records her using a hidden camera installed on the classroom ceiling

In fact even without that, it could have done without the "most popular" girl in class going out of her way to bully the fat girl because being around her reminds her of her own fatty past and unresolved complexes, which was by itself already annoying enough

Overall, it's a pleasant read. I don't know what the author's intentions were, whether this was the entire plan or she had something else in mind, but it likely needed an additional five to ten chapters to smooth out the central bullying premise. I mean, even the protagonist was like, "Oh that was weird... but it's over now" when they were taking the teacher away.

Ah well, I'm used to a little silliness by now. And, although I get the weight loss is not everyone's cup of tea, Shizuka sure looks pretty darn cute in this chapter. Welp, a happy ending and all's well that ends well. Bon appétit!
