... Don't tell me it's the fucking teacher. He has been an ass to the both of them, and would have enough access to the school to set this kind of shit up. Regardless, we are just straight up entering into legitimately criminal behaviour that someone should 100% go to jail for.
Edit: 2nd suspect is the "nice" teacher, who has a stomach problem (allegedly). At this point that kind of twist wouldn't even suprise me

I don't expect the story to go this route, but what if he's so obsessed with her the MC did it in order to isolate her to swoop in and be her hero? I'm 100% sure it won't go that route, but wouldn't it be a crazy twist if he was totally yandere for her?

I think that’s really reductive? People respond like that to blackmail letters all the time.
It may seem trivial to you but for her it’s essentially saying “do this or I will expose your greatest trauma and everything you went through and built up will be destroyed.” It’s the highschool equivalent of receive a photo of you having an affair and threatening to tell your spouse.

Tbf there was a blackmail pic inside rather than just some anonymous letter. tho i imagine if it was sent to everyone in the class without blackmail there would've been ppl who'd do so for 'entertainment' reasons
It wasn't just an order, it was blackmail. She's a teenager who tried very hard to change her appearance after being bullied in middle school. Then a letter shows up that says "be mean to this girl or I'll make sure everyone knows you were fat." It's silly to anyone who isn't a teenaged girl who was bullied for being fat, but it's exactly the kind of emotional blackmail to make someone be mean. Remember, she wasn't deranged like other high school bullies in manga, she was just mean. The worst thing she did was dump clean water on the female lead, and then agreed to give over her jacket while the female leads' dried. Which is how we started to unravel this INTENSE MYSTERY
