Kusano and Honobe both went to the aquarium/water park's grand reopening over the holiday and picked up the same gifts (some kind of candy) to give to their friends. They did not go together, Kusano apparently went by himself, while Honobe went with her family. Despite that, Honobe teased Kusano in front of his male friends by making it sound like they did go together. Once she finally agreed to tell them the truth, she told him she wanted to go together next time, causing Kusano to get flustered.

The ending bit is that Kusano had already given Amazuma one of the candies, but her friends ate it and she's both angry and sad over it. She'd either wanted to eat it herself, or keep it, since she's got a major crush on Kusano. Page 1 has her looking at the candy in her hand.

I don't know if we're clueless or is it just hard to pick up tre signs. There was this one girl who constantly plays with my hair when I'm sleeping cuz "it felt nice"(I did not take care of my hair in particular) this goes on for the entire year, I just realize that she might've liked me.
