creating guild for common goals and mutual support, unlike takeru who often fights alone. kouji best guild leader in this manga i think for now :meguu: but for some reason, this manga story is bit slow, and total pages only 22

crazy that he also considered the avalanche as part of his tactics to defeat the mammoth.

For what reason did you create a guild Takeru? (One of it must be Edelweiss ofc) :meguu:
sogou wants takeru to create a guild, because he saw that he's stronger when he's fighting to protect / for someone, so he wants for takeru to create a place for himself and that would help him too.

I have no problem in this guy at all. I actually like the guilt leader.

My problem is that the main character is still really doesn't want to be a hunter. Like he's kind of forced into that situation so trying to make him be friends with them really is kind of pointless since well he is trying to work alone. Y'all want him to be a part of a guild and stuff but like he genuinely doesn't even want to be doing this crap. He likes to help people and that's about it.

like do we really need to get introduced to this situation only to have the main character end up with a whole another group of randos. I'll understand if he stayed with this group but they're already competent by themselves he's not going to be with these guys forever. Hell why is he not just with the other S-class?

It's more about teaching Takeru about ways he can help people while also helping himself. Takeru has a very bad habit of unconsciously making himself solitary out of trauma from being betrayed and not wanting to drag others into his problems. All the adults rightfully see this problem as a problem and go out of their way to help Takeru grow from it (actually decent adults in manga, amazing).

Takeru also has a bad habit of not being honest that he does appreciate having friends and comrades like Takamine and Byoudoin, even if he actually does want companions at heart and dislikes being lonely. In a way he is really quite the tsundere about wanting to have friends. That's partly why the girls forced their way in during the previous arc with goblin necromancer. Sure Takeru is overpowered, but he doesn't have to do everything alone. Humans are social beings, that's why we form communities to survive (and also why prolonged deprivation from human contacts can slowly drive person into insanity).

Like sure, a therapy doesn't really work if the person in question doesn't want it, but it's not like any normal people will just leave Takeru alone when they can see such a glaring problem with his mental health. An analogy can be made with kids who don't like eating veggies. Sure they don't like veggies and don't want to eat them, but it's not like you can let them be. Veggies are important for balanced diet. Same principle applies here. Takeru might not want people getting on his ass about his mental health, but so long he doesn't do anything about it, someone else has to.

This manga really doesn't take away the tactics, the fighting styles, plannings, politics, etc. The writing is seriously top tier and it isn't all just served up on the silver platter for us nor the MC.

And when the fighting comes in, even if the MC is op, it carries some HEAVY weight into it at times that it is really insane. Don't understand how this isn't as popular as most mangas

I will say even though I get what they are doing , the girls helping did help but it's also funny to me that it probably would have been better to do it himself. Like the last guy would have completely gotten away if it weren't for the other c-class or d-class kid coming back out of nowhere to help. Like it feels like they got that lesson through to him on luck

It makes sense for him to observe the beneficial effects of fighting as a guild to take on stronger enemies, because he is focused on the idea of doing everything himself till now. But realistically his clan will end up as a pure S-class party anyway (maybe a few A-class for non-combat related tasks).

I like these moments when strength in numbers is shown. People coming together instead of a single overpowered person.
