Kyuuseishu «Messiah» ~Isekai wo Sukutta Motoyuusha ga Mamono no Afureru Genjitsu Sekai wo Musou Suru~ - Ch. 77 - The Solitary Dragon

So the lady was probably the saint, which means Lotus isn't. Doesn't look like a summoned Japanese person, so probably a hero/soldier in the normal sense. The Saint Implement is sealed along with Fia.
Makes me think Fia was what that Saint wished for, after failing her mission. Or possibly dying after completing her mission.

The bigger question raised by this chapter is, What the heck is that Ball of Light Watching all this. Apparently was a witness to all this, but didn't do anything/get involved.

Fuck me, I'm caught up

I don’t think that Fia is the Saintess/unknown woman reincarnated or something, my guess is that Fia is actually the little light ball that was observing the backstory scenes.
