@Asingh89 what alucarrdd said, Antarcticite and Phos' original head can't be restored since it's less than 5 hardness. That means they probably have no choice but to restore Lapis, while killing Phos (if moon boss is not lying about this). Phos probably think they (Phos) have no future at this point.
