that was such unique experience. not everyday you have manga about veterinarian, forensic one at that, with well meshed wacky character with intriguing stories. last 2 arc wasn't as well thought as early one, so i can feel author burn out, but the series still very nice till the end. overall 9/10. looking forward for author next works!

Nice, congrats on completing and working through the entire series.

The series doesn’t overstay its welcome. The side characters are all quite impressionable too. Finally, the author splitting the epilogue to two chapters, everyone else and the protagonists, (one titled Human as well) is a nice touch.

Fantastic series, rare to get one so close to my profession. Made it really hard to read some chapters while others made me was to sit down with the author and talk about it haha. But truly one of the closest series I've ever read to really understanding animals the way I am used to and appreciate. I wish I could buy it in English

Right. It could have become episodic series where the characters never get older like detective conan. I wonder if it was axed or author's own decision/vision to end it like this.

So for the record I thought this sounded like an interesting career and currently in the US only one florida university has this as an option for learning. It is a relatively new idea and occupation. There is an article you can find interviewing a woman that does the real version of this. Sounds more law enforcement involved than is shown here.
