Yes, unless someone decides to start posting updates here again. The MangaDex rules explicitly state that it's fine to keep uploading scanlations of licensed titles.

1.3 Any scanlated release is allowed to be uploaded regardless of the existence of official translations, except under the following restrictions:

And then it basically says you have to do your own translations (no copying the script of the official release).

Also stuff about having a series locked to only one group, but that expires if there's no updates posted after 4 months.
