If only it would go somewhere that interesting...maybe Anna will snap and ask the Duchess to help her learn the skills to seduce worstgirl Lily and the Duchess agrees to it for nefarious reasons? Maybe then the eroticism would have some weight to the character dynamics to go with the pretty art instead of the plastic choreography of this chapter.

I can imagine the tension between the Duchess wanting to make both of them flies in her lesbian spiderweb and subvert/poison Anna x Lily's love and Anna trying to use the Duchess for her purposes despite being very aware she is being manipulated. The dynamic would be refreshing, especially if it played out in teasing erotic training scenes between the two of them (which of course Anna would keep secret from Lily). Lines likes "Do you want me to show you how I stole your dear Lily away?" just write themselves The contentious relationship between Anna/The Dutchess would slowly evolve as Anna realizes she gave all her love to a void of a human being and some new love geometry crystalizes from this toxicity. That would require the characters to not act like newly born fools with the communication abilities of downed telephone lines, so not going to happen.

But really anything would be better than the boring direction this looks to be headed so far. Echoing lesbian vampire film iconography but just to make lesbian NTR hentai...sad.

Gotta say that sounds pretty interesting. A real shame that we are not getting anything like that. Pretty obvious that we are getting the most generic NTR possible.

But the NTR could have worked. But it needed more build up and more interesting characters. Pulling the gun that early and making Lily that unlikable from the start kind of makes the plot going ahead pointless. Do anyone cares about Lily? I doubt it. And placing Anna in the cuckold shed that early just makes you wish that she would get out. You got to be one strange person to root for Lily and Anna being a thing after the next 30+ chapters of Lily sleeping around.

Rose and Anna, that would be interesting. Lily and Rose is just boring. And I think it will be all about Lily the least interesting MC in any yuri NTR ever.

What’s genuinely intriguing, however, is not this forgettable story but the relationship between the author and her audience. Does the author believe she’s crafted a masterpiece of storytelling, or is she aware that her intended audience consists mainly of individuals seeking mere titillation?

I’m inclined to think that the author, despite possessing the artistic skill to potentially create a genuine hit, either lacks the necessary storytelling prowess or chooses to cater to the lower instincts of her audience. This audience is the type of people who somehow sees characters like Lily as deeply complex and misunderstood, rather than straightforward drivers of a rather thinly-veiled erotic plot.

Everyone is blaming lily but look at Rose. Not only did she separate Lily from Anna, the only one she cared about and the only one who cared about her, but then she lies to Lily and manipulates her into thinking sex is love. And then, while Lily is in her most vulnerable state, crying and having a mental break down, Rose takes advantage of her. So both Anna and Lily are the victims in this situation.

I’m glad to see the reception on this story on mangadex is majority in agreement.

My main issue I critique the most is the fact that, how or who are we supposed to root for in this story? Anna clearly has some issues with understanding if she can continue her romantic feelings only to be immediately destroyed by some strange NTR plot between the MC. So am I supposed to root for Anna? The question is why? Why would I want Anna to end up with Lily after she so clearly threw her away almost immediately.

It just seems so odd to me that they set up the story this way, which makes me feel like the story itself is gonna be nothing short of a disaster NTR riddled mess.

Sorry, but I’m not gonna sit here and watch Anna be in a cuck chair while Lily fucks the entire mansion. Not for me.

She’s now on Ridibooks showing how she improved but nobody notices it because they only know "Bad thinking Diary" she’s not even the author of this "thing".
