Looking for a manga from a few years ago

I've never made a forum post so I hope I'm doing this right. Onto the topic.
I believe I read this sometime in 2018 (maybe 2019) on batoto, I don't know if it's been uploaded to mangadex. I don't remember much other than this meme(?) I was sent of it which made me read it in the first place, of a panel where two people who looked like a maid and a witch were arguing something along the lines of "legal lolis aren't real lolis", accompanied by the legal loli and the witches disciple(?) who were the people in question being argued about. I think there were four main characters, the maid, the witch-looking character, and two younger girls one of which I believe was the witches disciple or some kid the witch was tutoring (I'm pretty certain the child was rich/had a fancy manor of some kind), and the other I have no recollection of. I know this is not much to go on my memory isn't very good, and the manga seems strange to me even thinking about it with this as context, but if anyone has heard of it or something similar that'd be helpful to me continuing to dig up old things. Thank you.

has a witch and a dragon that looks like a maid. Also she has two kids that she is teaching plus various other people stopping by. Don't know about the conversation.

Unfortunately this isn’t the one I was thinking of, all of the characters are strictly human from what I remember, thank you for trying though!
