Looking For Manga From Long Ago

I can't remember the name of it for the life of me as I read it when I was a kid. It's about a guy playing a VRMMO and deciding to become a blacksmith and abusing the blacksmith skills to overpower himself. Eventually he gets placed in some tournament and beats a princess (champion?) or something and I can't for the life of me remember. What I do remember was that one of the first things he did was give himself bladed shoes to help with his combat ability and eventually other players start to mimic his builds and skills. I wanna finish it since it's been on my mind recently. Anyone know the name?

@Yatsuki No it's not one of those, unfortunately. And yeah I mean like 10-20 years ago, I would be surprised if it was still going.

Then Toaru Ossan is also not old enough. (the MC crafts bladed shoes at some point)

Hmm the only other series with active "blacksmithing" I know of is Moonlight Sculptor but that series was a novel made into manga/manhwa only 5 years ago so probably not old enough as well either... Older than that with Virtual reality game premise is probably only the hack series :/.
I'll keep a look out on it.

It's from 5 years ago.
Protag plays a lil u conventionally, however he likes. That does start with blacksmithing and tailoring weapons to his liking and his bladed/spiked/modified shoes. (ch 5)
Later on after the tournament/fairy queen event people mimic and try to adapt his play style. (ch 10? Ish onward.)
