So, 2 people who aren't blood-related but due to the third party, they became stepsiblings -- if they fall in love or already have been it's something funny?
There's no law against marrying a step-sibling. It's not a blood relative relationship. It's not incest, so there's no legal, moral or biological problems with marrying.
(With the exceptions of Poland and Virginia, US -- From what I could found in some wikis )

But if there is some good reason, in your opinion, go forth enlighten me
