I don't understand how we never saw the dogs back there. Or how they get past the guard to get the slaves once they reborn. If you have a theory I would love to hear itReally liked this chapter. Explained a lot of minor stuff I had on my mind like how they dealt with the gatekeeper and why didn't revived slaves just de-organ themselves. The answer being they could've if they had someone to cooperate with but otherwise it was in a hard to reach place and the dogs might get to them before that.
Guess the old man went back cause civilization is lame but I now I wonder why he eventually fell. Seems like something must've happened
