It's so strange. This is not the only source, but I can't help but feel I'm being inundated with messages of "hey reader/player/whatever, you should get married and have kids. It's great!" lately. Not to say that it can't be, but it's just not a good time to do so with how things currently are. And there's no guarantee or evidence of things getting any better.

I dunno what else to say honestly. Things just kinda feel not great in the current decade. At the very least that aspect of Aiko is something I can relate to.

well it is a huge part of asian culture (and i guess everywhere), must be more sucky if you're not straight tho unless you can get a fake marriage or so (not that you should have to just to placate your family), where it's like "you need to have a spouse and 1-2 kids before 35" or so lol (tho i have heard some jokes about some manga being 'propaganda' to make ppl populate more with the JP population issue but that's a whole nother convo)
