I'll be dropping this series. Thank you all for reading. I hope you enjoy the author's work up to here as much as I do and that you will start reading this series again if it gets picked up by someone else. There have been a couple discussions in the background and my eyes have been opened. There are too many translation choices I made that I regret now. The stuff I've provided isn't exactly wrong, but not as accurate as it could have been, no- It should have been for this series. As a subtopic of that: Changing names for characters or locations etc. over and over is just stupid too. Many things could have been avoided if I just waited for the first and maybe second volume before starting to translate which I foolishly didn't. Deciding things things on a whim, chapter for chapter didn't work out well for this series. Utterly coincidentally I've received raws for the 11th chapter a bit earlier than usual too today which just hardened my decision after going through it and looking at a couple things in retrospective. Fixing everything that is a thorn in my eye while basically scanlating the volume version of every chapter from 1 over is something I just can't do. I also regret adding all this additional content to the releases instead of putting it out there through other means or not translating it all. I thought it was a fun thing to see another side of the talented mangaka. Was planning to translate his first series which is quite serious and would have given you a fourth point of view on him (No. 3 is the hentai. I know you read it.) too in the near future, but it clearly derailed discussions from the core series which I didn't comprehend before. I wouldn't be surprised at all if a significant part of the early audience got alienated by it too. Everything's on me. I'm at fault here. I've translated too much, too fast like a total fool.

Again, thanks for reading and sorry for the inconvenience. This is where I have to let the series go before daring to run it into the ground completely. I can't let that happen. I love it too much for that.

Why not just revisit it when the next volume (2?) comes out, and pace yourself better then? I don't believe anyone holds your decisions, whether or not they're as wrong as you believe, against you to such an extent that they'd rather you not translate at all. Are you burned out on this series? Regardless, I hope you reconsider, or that someone else takes up the work so it doesn't go forgotten; and thanks for what you did do. At the very least, I enjoyed the extra content and wasn't particularly bothered by the progression of revisions (because this is far from the only manga with these issues) in names and terminology.
