Okay so I decided to visit the REAL LIFE PLACE of this restaurant and ordered the EXACT SAME ORDER with Hitomi, to see how it tastes. As mentioned in the TL Notes, it's called "Bistro Gamay" IRL in Tanashi, Tokyo.

Interestingly, EVERY SINGLE DETAILS of the restaurant shown in the manga are INSANELY ACCURATE. The layout, the ornaments, the lights, everything is true to real life. Also the staffs, both the chef and the waitress, are ACTUALLY LOOK LIKE THAT IRL. Really didn't expect that.
I ordered the exact menu as Hitomi, the Salmon Poêlé with Vinaigrette sauce, with rice as the side. It also comes with free drink of coffee or tea, either hot or iced.

I can't believe I say this but Hitomi's review of the food, even though exaggerated, IS ACTUALLY REAL ACCURATE. The salad was indeed insanely good and fresh, far better than any salad I've eaten in lunch sets across Tokyo. Also the TL Note was right that Hitomi mistakenly thought it was Mashed Potato, while it's actually indeed Pomme Purée. The Salmon as the star was crazily good, the skin is also crispy, contrasting the meat. The Carrot also really soft and tender that it's literally melted in the mouth. The Green Peas are delicious and over the average peas I've tasted in other places.
Pretty insane that such high quality food costs for only 1400 yen, which is below average price of any French cuisines in Tokyo.
Oh also fun fact I talked to the staffs and told them I discovered the place from this manga, which surprised them because that was the first time they hear about this. I showed them the manga and they were also astonished by the accuracy of the depiction. They are happy hearing this and hoping that this will draw more people to visit.
Overall, 5/5 experience, big bang for the buck, definitely will come again someday.
