People seem to be forgetting that she's a demon that exudes terror so strong it makes people physically ill. Presumably the people around are stunned by a demon appearing, blowing the shit out of the street and then having the shit kicked out of it.

I read the novel back when this manga first showed up on here and

The main character ends up being even more god tier to the point that nothing can hurt him so the story loses all sense of tension, he just goes around beating up evil women that try to kill him and converting them into harem members, the story also starts using the former hero as a villain of the week mechanic, where everything he does somehow leads to a new big baddie coming around, like he'll take a job to try and make money and by some random event he'll revive an evil god who happens to be a beautiful girl and she'll stumble across the MC by complete accident and get her ass kicked and immediately fall in love with him right afterwards.

Honestly calling it garbage is a bit too much but it just devolves from slice of life to
