Someone on twitter a few days ago that is completely unspoiled predicted that Momo one day would offer to just give all her blood to Shamiko someday, I can't believe it actually happened. I can't wait for their reaction when they get to this part.

That part about Sakura making Shamiko feel tired everyday explains a lot.

Shamiko goes for the belly, I wish we had transformation sequences in the manga though, it would have been an epic entrance, Momo just appeared in the panel.

The biggest thing to explain is why Momo isn't weakened if she fell to darkness for Shamiko now.

Oh darkness peach (yamimomo?), I had seen the outfit from next volume's illustration, but it sure suits her.

I thought Shamiko would have to go on a cliche chain quest to restore Sakura but it was simpler (hard to achieve but simple)

And Shamiko was carrying Ryo's curse all along... It makes sense, maybe she even wished for it herself when told she was going to have a little sister, resulting in a sudden worsening of her condition.

I don't imagine Momo being getting super weak, Shamiko being her ether link probably means that her max magic is limited by Shamiko's own max. In other words, if you add the muscles, Shamiko still cannot win against her in combat... good thing she no longer has a reason for that.

Funny Shamiko said her signature phrase at the end, this was a huge win for her but she is oblivious as usual.
