See, that’s the thing. It ain’t fully fictional. In less developed countries, people can come up with rather cruel punishments if it’s to try to stop someone. There are members of my family who have been stripped and whipped. Considering this is a civilization that hangs on the edge of a giant deathtrap of a pit, I’m not surprised that there’d be punishments of that level.

But the emphasis and repetition of it does show a questionable interest in drawing kids nude.
