Ok... magic here can do some pretty sick things, by the level of the people involved I can infer a little that what we saw here (except Sedona) was mid-level magic, so we can expect some pretty cool things.

I also like that there is a care for how, when, and where they use their magic depending on their surroundings and objectives.

I knew the masked bastard was a creep this chapter only confirmed it fully, his spiel is the basic talk of someone privileged or who hates their origins, he rationalizes the "usefulness" of people based entirely on his convenience, make no mistake... he does not include himself in his standards for culling, he would rationalize again that even in old age as he is the leader his mind justifies his privileges.

People like him don't care for others, anything that goes out of his mouth, any supposed act of kindness, is all lies or conditional in nature, based solely on his desires.

Thank you for the translation! I've been very pleased lately to be able to actually follow this series instead of forgetting about it for years at a time while waiting for new volumes.

Something I'd like to critique, however, is the lack of periods at the end of speech bubbles (where the statement isn't continuing, obviously). I know they aren't used in japanese, but leaving them out in english makes the speaker sound "floaty" or uncertain and it becomes harder to tell if a series of speech bubbles is a continuation of the same sentence or multiple different statements.

This is a small thing obviously and I'm happy whether or not you decide to change your workflow. Keep up the good work!

Rawkuma/Comic Days seem to release like a first draft of every chapter; I've also noticed this since ch36, but idk where manganeko_scans is getting their raws from

so until I do, we're basically going to put out two different versions of the same chapters that'll have significantly different art from each other (although I plan to go back and edit pages of my old uploads if I ever find the better raws)
