As far as why Kakeru changes into a girl, Umineko said early on she had no idea, because nothing like that had ever happened before. She was confused as to how Kakeru, a "magicless man" could even transform. The info page for Umineko said she's an 1,172yo virgin because "normal male creatures can't see her," so the fact he could see her from the start was unusual. No, but really, why does he look like that, and she like this? You never answered that question umineko! And can they swap gear with eachother at this point?
Oh, so his gear was originally meant to turn him into a sentai warrior, and becoming mahou shoujo is a bug! ok thnxAs far as why Kakeru changes into a girl, Umineko said early on she had no idea, because nothing like that had ever happened before. Chapter 4.5's end page says that a girl's magical trait determines their "magical structure", aka what their costume looks like. So apparently that's what her magical trait is.
If you review the first chapter, you will see that the one destined to be a magical girl was Kakeru's little sister, but he intercepted the magical energy thinking it was an attack by a monster and that's why he transforms into a magical girl.Oh, so his gear was originally meant to turn him into a sentai warrior, and becoming mahou shoujo is a bug! ok thnx
Yes, how is that relevant? I were asking why he wasn't given the sentai gear afterwards, so how he originally transformed seems unrelated? Also indirectly asking why they don't just swap gear now, in case the sentai gear wasn't made back then, and instead constructed as a result of her bribes. If you review the first chapter, you will see that the one destined to be a magical girl was Kakeru's little sister, but he intercepted the magical energy thinking it was an attack by a monster and that's why he transforms into a magical girl.
Are you aware that you are looking for a logical sense to a fiction work in which preteen girls are the only ones with power to destroy demons, using magic?Yes, how is that relevant?
