One thing that's REALLY standing out to me is the fact Shion always has her mask and star shaped irises, which you'd assume means she's always transformed. We've seen her transform a couple chapters back, but that idol part with Loco showed that you can go from one transformation to another without revealing your real identity, so I can't help wondering if Shion's not actually her real name and she has a third layer beneath. She does look like the kind who'd pull off a twist like that.
Anyways, we've got two things clear about the Shio-chans. One, they somehow know everyone's identities. Two, their enemy is "Enormeeta", or in other words, Venalita herself. That is why they're not making any moves on Utena and crew even though they know who they are and could easily ambush them with that info. What's really interesting is that now both the Shio-chans and Vena have flags pointing to them not being the real antagonist (Vena being her admittance towards feeling bad for what she does but needing to do it for some unknown goal, as well as her apparent intent in making everyone stronger. Shio-chans being their lack of interest in causing harm despite having the opportunity to do so and their interest in seeing both Utena and Tres Magia grow stronger), despite them both currently being antagonistic forces. And with them targeting Vena, it really makes you wonder who the actual big bad is going to be and how this is gonna play out, as the factions are pretty chaotically spread.
The main point of curiosity right now is definitely why everyone wants people to get stronger and what threat they're expecting that strength to be needed against. Venalita, Vatz and Shion all seem to be doing the same thing in different ways to an extent.
