Wow. I too came to take a look whether the hiatus was over and barely glanced at the previous page before shutting it. It's like watching chimps throwing their own feces at each other. And not the smart chimps either.
Even so, I'll throw one small handful in just for the heck of it. Yes, they're JH girls doing some really messed up things. But anyone who says that they're that age for no reason, or that there's no thematic point, clearly hasn't actually read it. The story deals quite a lot with awakening to one's own sexuality, not just in terms of orientation but one's specific desires and interests. With the fact that a person might find a growing interest in things that they personally consider inappropriate, and that definitely are inappropriate if indulged in at the wrong time or place. That's why we have multiple major characters struggling with their developing fetishes, struggling to suppress it, then embracing it, and eventually learning to accept it without being controlled by it. These sorts of struggles are things one experiences throughout puberty. Usually more... colorful interests don't develop so soon and thus those struggles often come later, but the discovery of one's lustful nature, the shame and difficulty controlling it, and the search for a way to reconcile with it is most certainly a matter of early puberty. Yes, this is very extreme, but the personal conflicts shown within are strongly connected to the characters' age.
In short, this is a lewd (or Ecchi in old otaku speak) series with sexual themes connected to awakening desires in early to mid puberty. It's certainly treading lines, but it's more than just stuff to browse with one hand. That said, it's definitely not for everyone. Some who enjoy it simply "enjoy" it, while some do get something more out of it. If you find it offensive or messed up, it's probably for you, and that's okay. I would recommend you go elsewhere, as there are plenty of other, often better works, even in the fanservice category, that might not hit you so hard. However, it isn't absolute trash, and not only does it not deserve such extreme, obsessive denunciation, it's also not really worth that much effort. Just live and let live, and go find someplace else to complain about the existence of fiction that doesn't fit in your comfort zone.
