When the other girl asked if she wasn’t her rival, she actually said:
I can’t say that for sure
Wow, didn’t expect that! That was like a sudden attack!
Is she starting to consider him?!

@mmerijn Except about her own feelings. But we wouldn't have a drama without it, and it'd be another title to the SoL genre.

@ArpanaR Or she didn't want to give a haphazard answer (never say never). In the end circumstances might push them to be married due to political reasons as well. She's mature enough to understand she can't see into the future and predict all the ends. Aside from denying her own feelings and her own happiness, she's the person sticking to rationality the most in the story.

aksjdhfg I adore this story. Such good characters. TTvTT

@kazamakj You'll find that people that face a lot of anxiety can be very reasonable voices — for everyone but themselves. (lol) I feel like that's the sort of MC we have on our hands, because honestly, she doesn't take her own advice.

It's interesting to see how she can no longer hear her old boyfriend's voice. I feel like through the manga she has been clinging heavily to him and their shared past. It's the first step towards her actually seriously considering starting her romance life back up and I love it.

Ooo. She actually considered it a possibility. I'll call that progress.

Once again, Lily's "Mama Power" is off the charts. She may not know magic, but she has a level head, rational mind, sincere heart, constructive attitude, and willing ear. Consequentially, she's a wise and effective confidant.

Honestly a superpower in its own right, and pretty much everyone will need someone like this at some point in their lives. Just this chapter we have her deal with a jealous child and anxious father.

I love how erratically the conversations segue into completely random philosophical rants about love.

It completely breaks my immersion sometimes. Yet, somehow, I'm enjoying the author's soapboxing. The sentiments are all so gentle.
