It would be interesting to find out that she had isekai cheats all along, but didn't realize it because she never had a chance to use them. (Except maybe when she kicked Leonard way earlier in the story.)
@moel that was a full-size couch! Being a fantasy setting it probably doesn't have any weight saving things either! She picked it up like a sack of potatoes!
@hayatekanzaki That's like Black Butler's "Because I'm a hell of a butler." excuse. There was another one where a maid said something like that in response to people questioning outrageous skills or strength, and I can't for the life of me remember who it was.
@Psychronia She's not a fighter, is she? So no. However, god have mercy on the man who is caught off-guard, between her and Jill, and doing something to frighten Jill. She won't maul him but she might break some bones just making him not be in the way.
I have a bad feeling too... it’s my speculation that lily will reach Jill unharmed, although she might need help afterwards, where (probably) another cliffhanger ending of the chapter will take place or Leonard will arrive.
@Kaarme But if they did, the "genius-level" plot wouldn't work... Why do the smart thing and stop the whole thing from happening, when you can just ignore it all, and have the kidnappers get in by walking through the front door so that you can create some dumbass drama to "spice things up"
