Clearly the BL tag was removed because eventually Hachiya decides to become girl for Ikegai and have his babies through advanced gender affirmation care provided by Ikegai's wealthy kay~~?

I'm still dreading the inevitable (unless we are left in a perpetual status quo) liar reveal plotline that we will be approaching once Hachiya is revealed. Wonder how everyone will react cuz tbh, dressing as a girl to seduce your romantic rival away from his fiancé so you can swoop in to date her is not really something that'll probably be looked on positively by Hanazono and others I imagine haha. But we will see. (I can actually see Ikegai-kun getting over it pretty quickly in his own goofy manner tho tbh)

I'm pretty sure Hachiya's hands are just naturally smaller than average. You can see in previous chapters that his its like that even when he isn't crossdressing. (Chapter 3, Page 5; where his hands are much closer to Hanazono's than Ikegai's; or Chapter 6, Page 22; where you can see the difference pretty clearly when he grabs Ikegai's arm.)
