[Mainsite] Ad banner causes updates page to jump up and down with different sized banners

Pretty much summed up the entirety of it in the title, but to elaborate: on the Updates page, as the ad banner toggles between two different versions, their difference in size causes everything below the banner on the page (i.e. all the links to chapters) to jump up and down and up and down. I'm really tired of misclicking because of it and am close to just using Ublock to nuke the thing for good, site revenue be damned.
