[Mainsite] Make automatic screen rotation optional on PWA [It is, Chrome is bugged]

Not sure if there's a way to do this, but as someone who reads from bed a lot it would be nice to be able to disable automatic screen rotation in the PWA. I tend to read lying down, so my phone is horizontal and the screen rotates when I don't want it to. Could a setting be added to force lock screen rotation, or is that a choice that would have to be made for the entire application?
