[Mainsite] Mdlist check boxes acting weird

Sometimes the wrong Mdlist boxes check when I click on it. I’ll click my BL list checkbox and my Shounen list will be selected. I’m using Chrome 132 on an Iphone 16 with ios 18 it’s only happened on wifi so far. It started like 2 weeks ago

Hey, could you check if this bug occurs on Safari as well? I don't have an Apple device to test it myself.
If it does happen on Safari, I’d really appreciate it if you could share a recording.
