[Mainsite] The "has translated chapters" filter on Advanced Search should remove results that no longer have available chapters for that language

e.g., if you search for "Harem" tag in Advanced Search, filtering for English chapters, you'll see Mayonaka Heart Tune as a result even though all English chapters are unavailable

Hi, this is probably related to a previously reported issue with the availableTranslatedLanguage filter.
Since both threads mention different occurrences of the bug, I'll keep them separate for now.
