Nah, that's simply not true. Mephisto supressed them all by talking . The border goons are fodser to a 13 crown. Honestly from what I have seen ability wise from the various crowns, they seem to massively exceed the power of all other high ranking demons like Belzebub
He suppressed them momentarily, but they also stood up soon after the fact, once they spread out it'd be a whole lot harder for Mephisto to pull the same trick, and at that point all hell breaks loose. They may not be able to harm Mephisto, that much I agree with, but, similarly, the Many-Eared tribe have zero shot of defending themselves while Iruma, Asmodeus and Clara would barely be able to defend themselves because they're similarly out of their league against members of the border patrol, meaning Mephisto would have to pick and choose who or what he defends between Iruma, the Many-Eared tribe, their homes and the fields, especially if this progresses such that more of the demob border patrol gets involved (especially Narnia and/or Henri in the hypothetical situation that Narnia had approval, which his unit might believe, even if we know otherwise.)

i think the best part about all of this that iruma wanting to save everyone even those who want to harm him would've make him a naive characters in other manga, but here its a show of his greed

Physical strength is only one aspect of success. Wisdom, courage, and connections are also key.

He wisely realized he needed two people who could be good sounding boards and support, and used his one free request to get Azz and Clara.

He slowly recognized the fears inside the Many-Ears culture and why they feared changing their ways, and sought a way for them to use their hearing and allow the group to grow in new ways.

Using his connections to Amu-chan, he calls in that to secure a business venture and financial support for the Many-Ears, further helping their development into a new culture and strengthen their base.

When pushed on the matter of some being cast aside, Iruma confesses to Mephesto he doesn't want to discard anyone. He wants to bring them along on his journey as he ascends, Mephisto included.

When his actions were threatened, he defended his student and, much like a teacher at Bablys, gave an education of violence to the would-be attacker. He showed courage of conviction and a powerful desire in that moment, which pleases Mephisto and he intercedes while chastising Iruma for acting a bit too hastily.

And Henry was already sending someone to stop Azami because Fenir's actions are not sanctioned by him.

He's done a lot. It is just hard to see sometimes the forest from the trees.
How does anything you typed have anything to do with what i typed? Iruma fails at every single one of the things you claim are needed for success. "Success," your entire argument falls apart because Iruma is not working towards anything. He has no goals or aspirations, making him a unique shounen main character. I hope the author does not ruin this aspect of the manga as well.

He didn't realise shit. He only requested his friends because he was too lonely. It was clearly implied!

You type as if Iruma is some kind of scheming mastermind, when he clearly is not! He is a useless 15 year old kid who clearly has no fucking clue what is going on. He acts on instinct of doing the "right" thing without clearly thinking what the "right" thing would be in his position. He is self-righteous and so naive it hurts.

I think it's funny how not only it's a matter on who's stronger but also who's higher up in the political scene, which is tied to own strength but not always

So Iruma's list of enemies now includes-
Baal,
Kiriwo,
The sinister six (Shida probably doesn't see Iruma as her enemy but is still their sleeper agent),
Other Baal groupies,
Narnia and his faction of fanatical border patrol agents.

Makes you wonder how he's gonna convince them to join his side/ "heal" them. Since going by that prophecy he's doing a true pacifist run here.

I don't think we can totally assume that the Delkira crest was sent by Henri. We can't say for sure that Kimaris is not a double-agent. Henri might have sent the order, but the crest might have been appended on there as a signal from Amy and Kimaris's bosses that Amy needed to stand down for whatever reason. Or it may have been exactly what it appeared to be with Henri sending orders that Amy could not refuse. The whole interaction felt a bit vague.

The vagueness was a red herring, apparently.
