Putting aside the posts prior to yours that show that she believes him being human, the entire storyline with Ameri in the manga is all about her knowingly loving a human.
She expected him to be a human all the way in chapter 10!

I'm pretty sure there was a case where she stated that she's confident about it, but I won't look through hundreds of chapters to point to it for people that either:
1) Are trolling, or
2) Cannot properly understand English written language anyway.

She suspected him of being human from the very darn beginning. Her having him read the manga for her was literally to confirm that suspicion. When he first met with her father, she went out of her way to cover for Iruma so that Henri wouldn't suspect him being human.

She ALWAYS though he was a human!!!

It was the case literally from the first chapter she appeared, all the way in chapter 10.

How on Earth have so many readers end up thinking that Ameri isn't aware of Iruma being human?! Seriously.

For real, the comments on many of these chapters has often led me to think that I’m reading a completely different story.

I'm still expecting that at some point we learn Iruma is the opposite, a partial demon (maybe quarter or less) connected to Derlika and he will at some point awaken it when he reaches the very top. For those asking when Ameri figured out Iruma is a human - read chapter 10 and 11 again. It's been a LONG time, so I don't fault anyone for forgetting, but she's figured out Iruma was a human since literally the start lol.

When did she find out iruma is human? Even if there is lots of circumstantial evidence for it she could have put together, you would think it would have been a big moment showing when she realized considering how big of a plot point that is to the story.

She suspected him of being a human since her first appearance at the end of chapter 9.
In the next chapter we see her notebook with things that tipped her off. Unlike most other students, she knew that humans weren't just a fairy tail, so that's why she ended with a theory that Iruma is a human.
At the end of the same chapter she had a "fateful encounter" with Iruma (the kind she saw pictured in human manga), that pretty much cemented her belief that he was a human (and she though she was flustered, because he was using some "human magic" on her - flawed logic, but she was spot on).
The next chapter she pretty much confirmed it, when Iruma reacted to the manga book that Ameri dropped. After that, she had him read the manga, instead of reporting it to her father, as she initially planned.

PS: At this point of story, we know that these characters know (or highly suspect that) Iruma is a human - Sullivan, Opera, Alikred, Balam, Ameri, Bachiko, Kirio, Henri, Kalego, Narnia, Ocho, Baal.

Nope, no misunderstanding, she knows he's a human for a fact.

Since the very first time they met, Ameri already has a suspicion that Iruma is a human. She just prioritize him translating her manga for her storytelling instead of further investigation, and before she knows it she fell in love

Nah, it was suspicion for less than a chapter, and a firm belief for less then another. After she learned he could read human manga, she didn't even need him to confirm it.

Decided to reread chapter 358 where Kushinashi was introduced as a demon king candidate before Delkira defeated alongside another, Alvaro.

I thought it was Sabnock's Ancestor, but looking at it he's looks more related to Baal because of the lightning surrounding the sword in his banner.

And it's interesting to think about how Kushinashi probably chose to rule as acting Demon King cause she liked the Demon World Delkira made, while Alvaro didn't. Problem is that I don't see Baal as the kind of guy to do what he does over some generational grudge.

if my imagination is any close to how future chapters go, I hoping that Kushinashi will be in favour of baby Ameri, even if its to just fulfill the prophecy of the future demon king, which also kinda(?) applies to Ameri now.
