Considering Baal still seems to need Iruma due to his connection (or his ring's connection) to Delkira, there's no way this deportation will have nothing to do with Baal. If Fenrir is acting independent of Baal, then Baal will probably jump in to "save" Iruma and gain even more prestige. But if we assume Fenrir and Baal are working together, it's likely this is just a front to get Iruma in a way where nobody will be able to say anything if he "disappears," which would be further helped because Shura endorsed Baal. He could probably come up with a way to pin Delkira's disappearance on Iruma, too, which would put most of the Netherworld on Baal's side, unaware of his true motives.

And if they are working together, the reason Fenrir deems Iruma to be dangerous would likely be because he causes demons to stray further from Origins (like when they decided to help Iruma save people at Walter Park or even now where demons are vouching for him even knowing he's human), which is indeed a threat to the Netherworld the Demon Reformation group wants to create.

At the wedding there is the tradition of stealing the bride. And I think that Azz-kun and Clara will at some point plot to kidnap Iruma.

Although I still think that Iruma will not be deported to the human world, but in fact Iruma will be sent to the Sanzu laboratory. As a reminder that Naberius Narnia does not want humans to return to the place where they come from, he simply wants them dead, eliminated in plain sight. And if Iruma is sent to the Sanzu laboratory, Naberius Narnia will torture him to death, because it is said about him that no matter how cruel criminals are, they would have no restraint for those hostile to the lower world.

I would have 2 options regarding whether or not Naberius Narnia might know that Kalego is a familiar:

• a) Naberius Narnia, aka Fenrir, when he approached Kalego at Deviculum, smelled his brother and thus Naberius Narnia realized that Kalego was Iruma's familiar.
• b) it's just a figure of speech/a remark made in a funny way by Naberius Narnia aka Fenrir regarding the fact that Kalego protects Iruma, who is a human like a familiar that protects its master.

Two main possibilities here are:

1. Deportation, followed by an expedition by the misfit class to bring him back

2. A deal is struck. Something akin to reach rank 8 in 1 year or you get deported. Maybe his true identity even gets leaked and he needs to deal with discrimination

A huge civil war centered around iruma. He has too much support to just get deported and his opposition is too aggressive to agree to some kind of deal.

There will be some means of him becoming an official demon.
He is going to have to live as a demon until some criteria is met.
He will need the approval of the three greats, or some other group of three high-rank demons.
He will have to immerse in the unholy water, probably twice (maybe six times, because 666).

If anything changes about him physically, it will be his lifespan, because making Clara, Azz and Ameri live for like 100 years longer is too cruel for sensei to do.
