Since Shida is not there with the border police, Naberius Narnia's main goal was most likely to capture Iruma to take him to a place to execute him. Because Naberius Narnia himself said that people should not be sent back to where they came from but should be executed.

If Wett from the 6 fingers was actually Purson Purton, the older brother of Purson Soi, on Baal's orders, he could give Sullivan and Henri incriminating evidence that Naberius Narnia experimented on the Lord of Greed and turned him into a destructive beast to secure a place in the 13 crowns or that Narnia is collaborating with the 6 fingers (Baal is staging all this (his deeds) for Narnia to get rid of him (Naberius Narnia alias Fenrir)). And if Wett was actually Purson Purton, he could say that he would be some kind of spy, and Wett could also erase from Narnia how he and Baal collaborated.

Iruma has parents definitely* for sure*, but for almost his entire life he is alone and living in extreme and varied environments to the point where he develops instincts to deal with it... Things that would be uncommon in the human world but much more common in the demon world... The definitely for sure real* parents* are just kind of faceless characters in silhouette but.... There's only one other character that fits that, who has that kinda filter applied... And we've seen him in the flower field between the human and demon world iirc?

Well, Sullivan litteraly owns Iruma. His parents sold him to him and I assume there is a contract in place.
