The one with the "spiderman" mask I think could be Wett(Uetoto) or Baal. The number 1 on the mask makes me think of Wett(Uetoto), which is the first finger of the 6 fingers, or in Baal's case the number 1 could represent the fact that he is the boss/leader/ruler of the terrorist organization The Six Fingers. And to remind you when Kiriwo as a child met Baal, Baal's appearance in the manga series Iruma kun If Mafia was hidden behind some curtains when he was talking to the child Kiriwo. Although a couple of chapters ago, Wett(Uetoto) is shown/illustrated.
