First of all, the cover/page 1 initially made me think of something erotic/sexual, but then I would say it would be about Iruma's guard dogs. So I understand that those pills for the evil cycle would be the equivalent in this series as a kind of drug but weaker, like marijuana, which induces a state of euphoria.
