People keep forgetting that Amu is one of the 13 Demon Lords the current leader of the Succubus. Of course she's psychic, how else would she be able to do her job as a Milk Maid?

Japanese doesn't have definite gender-locked pronouns like "her" and "him." It depends on general rules like only girls being "cute" and only boys being "handsome" and context clues to assume the subject's gender.
(Just a rough example; plz no bulli semantics)
But every once in a while you get weirdos that don't adhere to normal rules, like a rough-talking tomboy using "ore" for a manly way of saying "I/me" or an overly-attached person attaching "-chan" to male subjects.
I'm sure Misfits is going with the assumed male gender for now, since it's a 95% chance that Azz is a boy, but this mangaka likes tossing small hints and clues that stops it from being 100%.
