I don't think she even overheard the conversation. I think she just saw that Iruma was unhappy and decided it was a good day to choose violence. It should be noted that the author has stated that part of the Asmodeus bloodline's nature is a high respect for proper manners and politeness. Hence why Azz-Azz loses it when people are impolite to Iruma. That may be coming into play as well.
