That was interesting... a succubus and a human both trying to try and keep sane an not go crazy wild sex mode...
BTW, that "after sex cost"
some of them are just not needed...
Childbirth (yea, only if the succubus can get prago that easily... they're MEANT to succ semen after all, if they get prago that easily, all succubus would be out of jobs)

Fire Insurance (and this is for what? the building? aren't you living in an apartment that already has this taken care of?)
Savings (maybe, but even without child/ marriage, we all have savings)
