They knew they stood no chance against adventure sure but they don't look opposed to being concubines.

The manga actually cut out most of the romantic moments between Will and the girls but kept the Eileen ones.

For example in what is chapter 35 of the manga in the Novels, after the rockworm extermination and before they met Glenn and Cecilia in the tavern, the girls went to a hotspring to clean themselves the girls discuss that they might like Will more than a friend.

How unique. A potential harem ending where the majority of the female cast don't romantically love the protagonist. They seemed cool with the idea of being concubines just cuz they thought it'd be fun.

Reading this manga was like watching a TV series in which romance wasn't the main plot or main b-plot of the story. I love it.

Romance is ALWAYS the main plot for the 3 female adventurers!

They pull out the sword, and it's a fake, or they get attacked, or the temple collapses, or the sword turns to dust on contact, or some other bad thing will happen.

I doubt it can be as easy as them just grabbing a perfectly good magic sword, getting teleported out, and going on about their day.
